Upper Body HIIT Workout
This great workout routine is 30 minutes and features a variety of exercises at a quick pace. While it does require a few weights, you can sometimes get some at a garage sale to keep around the house.
Called the ‘Leg Destroyer’, this workout really brings the intensity. This workout is only 12 minutes, but feel free to run through the circuit more than once! It does require a bench or raiser, but anything will work as long as you are being safe!
